MCS Tank Service Inc. · Fuel Tech

End-User License Agreement

Effective October 23, 2026

1. About Fuel Tech

This agreement governs authorized use of Fuel Tech, the internal service-management application operated by MCS Tank Service Inc. (MCS). Fuel Tech supports service locations and equipment, dispatch, service calls, technical references, inventory, estimates, invoices and related business records.

Fuel Tech is intended for MCS owners, employees and other people MCS authorizes. Customers may use specific links MCS sends them to review and respond to estimates. Receiving a customer link does not grant access to the staff workspace.

2. Permission to use the application

While you remain authorized and comply with this agreement, MCS grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use Fuel Tech for MCS business or the customer transaction for which access was provided. You receive no ownership interest in the application or its underlying software.

Use only the functions and records your role permits. Keep your sign-in credentials and customer access links private. Report suspected unauthorized access to MCS promptly. MCS may restrict or end access when authorization ends, an account is compromised, or use violates this agreement.

3. Appropriate use

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, access another person's account without permission, disrupt the application, introduce malicious files, or use the application unlawfully. Enter and share only information and materials you are authorized to provide.

Technical manuals, manufacturer documents, trademarks and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable terms. Access through Fuel Tech does not grant a right to redistribute those materials.

4. Business records and customer documents

Review site details, quantities, prices, taxes, payment terms, recipients and other information before saving, approving, issuing or sending a document. Inform MCS of errors that need correction. Users are responsible for information they enter and actions they authorize.

Work and payment obligations are governed by the applicable estimate, service agreement, invoice and other agreed terms. This application license does not replace those agreements. A payment record in Fuel Tech records a transaction; recording it does not itself transfer money.

5. Technical information

Technical references, forms, calculators and simulators support trained personnel. Verify their applicability to the equipment and task. Follow current manufacturer instructions, applicable requirements and MCS work procedures. The application does not authorize work outside your training or qualifications.

6. QuickBooks and other services

An authorized MCS owner may connect Fuel Tech to a QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's authorization process. Intuit's own terms govern use of QuickBooks. The current integration retrieves company information and items for review. It does not automatically synchronize invoices, payments, purchases or inventory quantities.

Other application functions use hosting, storage and email services. Their availability can affect Fuel Tech. Connecting a service does not transfer ownership of your data or authorize unrelated uses of it. The Privacy Policy explains the information used by the application.

7. Availability, changes and ending access

MCS may update or suspend application functions for maintenance, security or business needs. Availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Contact MCS if an interruption affects work or if you need help retrieving a record.

Ending access or disconnecting QuickBooks does not automatically delete saved MCS business records. Retention and deletion are addressed in the Privacy Policy. Changes to these terms will be posted with a revised date; MCS will provide additional notice where required.
